Tom Gilmartin is a former Meta Global Director with 25+ years of experience leading creative, marketing, and tech teams across Silicon Valley and award-winning agencies. He’s helped shape iconic work for brands like Disney, Marvel, Sony PlayStation, and ESPN, and has hired and developed hundreds of early-career professionals. Today, he coaches emerging talent on how to break into elite organizations—and thrive once they’re inside.
The School of Art, Design, and Art History is partnering with Gilmartin to create an early-career workshop for our students, and a public lecture on the state of creative jobs in 2026 and beyond.
In addition to workshops, we will also be inviting alumni-owned and staffed studios in the region. Students can enjoy casual conversations, get feedback on work, and learn about the creative work happening in our community.
Join us on Thursday, February 19th, for SADAH Futures.
